This levy helps to fund the Kensington Park Residents Association and is intended to help improve the future amenities for residents. New owner details and settlement dates must be shared with the KPRA for transfer processing.

Yes. EV charging can be installed with Body Corporate approval and must be completed by the approved contractor. Installation costs are the homeowner’s responsibility.

Yes, but any exterior alterations—fencing, structures, or landscaping—require prior approval from the Design Review Board to ensure they meet community design standards.

Yes. The Building Act allows for a 12-month defect period, however, we have a 30-day check-in period, post-settlement, where our Customer Care team will coordinate necessary trades to address any immediate concerns.
