We are rewarding our residents for spreading the word about life at Kensington Park. Refer a friend who purchases a home, and you’ll receive a $2,500 Travel Voucher as our thank you.

The following terms and conditions apply:

Eligibility

1. The referrer must be a current resident of Kensington Park at the time of referral.
2. The referred friend (the purchaser) must be a new customer and not previously registered or engaged with our sales team.
3. Only one referrer may claim the reward per referred purchaser.

Referral Process

1.  The referred purchaser must notify our sales team at the time of their first enquiry or appointment that they have been referred, and provide the full name and unit number of the resident who referred them.
2. Retrospective claims will not be accepted after the purchaser has engaged with the sales team or signed a contract.
3. The KP sales team member will also enquire as to prompt the purchaser if required.

Reward Details

1. The referrer will receive a $2,500 Travel Voucher once the purchaser’s contract goes unconditional (i.e., all conditions including finance and due diligence are satisfied).
2. The reward will be issued within 14 business days after Kensington Park confirms the unconditional date.
3. Travel vouchers are not redeemable for cash or exchangeable for any other goods or services.

Limitations

1. This promotion is not available to real estate agents, external referrers, or any individual receiving a financial benefit from the purchaser’s transaction.
2. If multiple referrals are received for the same purchaser, only the first verified referrer will be eligible for the reward.
3. Kensington Park reserves the right to verify the residency status of the referrer and validate referral claims.

General

1. Kensington Park reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Referral Program at any time without notice.
2. Participation in this program implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
3. This promotion only applies to homes in Kauri Grove.
